Probably the nicest thing about the event, though, wasn't the actual games. The games were great, except for the time I cheered a little too loudly and scared Chubby. Oops!
I took pictures. The kids worked hard!
The senior had the whole team sign her Frisbee--great memory token!
I am an amazing photographer (not). Notice the runners on the left hand side, especially the two with the identical strides.
And here you have "The Huddle". This is where they pull things together, listen to Coach, get ready to work together and go, Fight, WIN!But I didn't take a picture of the best thing. I couldn't do it. It escapes my camera. What is the best thing? The camraderie, the good feelings, the friendships, the encouragement, and the kind words. Everyone felt welcomed and treated each other with respect. So, even though we'd already been at the fields for several hours, the players and their families stuck around and shared pizza, laughter amd fun.
Okay, so maybe that sounded a little sappy, but it is, nonetheless, true! The ingredients I listed in the above paragraph are what makes for a place we want to stay, or at least come back to again and again. Here on my blog is what I hope is a place where there is camraderie, good feelings, friendship, encouragement and kind words. Share your thoughts with us in a comment!

Great post! I loved every word :)
I love this blog. We would be up for a youth league. I say send the pic of my senior to the yearbook. It was a very good pic. You did a great job. Thanks :)
Ultimate frisbee is a lot of fun! It is a good work out also if you are running a lot.
I think Ultimate is awesome but your story not so much.
